The Patrol Leader Council and the Troop Committee will prepare the Troop policies and guidelines.
Requests for a change to the Policies and Guidelines may be submitted in writing to the Troop Committee and voted on at the NEXT Committee meeting.
The Committee Chairman, Scoutmaster and at least two additional Committee Members may approve a temporary change if the issue is urgent or has a time constraint.
All registered Scouts and Adults of Troop 70 may attend and vote at Troop 70 committee meetings.
New members of Troop 70 will be asked to sign an agreement that they
understand the policies and guidelines and will do their best to follow
them. A copy of the current Troop policies will be provided to each
