Order of the Arrow

Written by Jimmy McDivitt

The Order of the Arrow is an honor society for camping.  Troop 70 has several scouts in the Order of the Arrow.  Information about the Order of the Arrow in the Pikes Peak Council may be found at the following link.

Election to the Order of the Arrow is considered an honor and is reserved for those Scouts who are willing to make a commitment to the principles and goals of the Order of the Arrow. In addition to the basic requirements of rank and camping activity, the Scoutmaster must approve each nominee.

Scouts will be eligible to participate in Order of the Arrow elections if they meet all of the Order of the Arrow requirements along with approval from the Scoutmaster.

Troop 70 will conduct an Order of the Arrow election each year in accordance with the local Lodge policies and procedures.
